KR Property, one of Indonesia’s best real estate agents, announced a partnership with Leading Real Estate Companies of The World® (LeadingRE) in a special event held at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel in Jakarta. More than 100 invited guests were on hand for the ceremony.
Alvin Alexander, Founder and CEO of KR Property, hosted Chris Dietz, LeadingRE‘s executive vice president of Global Operations, and Parikshat Chawla, Director Of Business Development (APAC) at LeadingRE, at the launch. LeadingRE currently boasts a network of more than 130,000 real estate agents in 70 countries that KR Property will now be able to tap into.
Last year, LeadingRE firms generated USD 368 billion through 1.1 million property transactions made by 4,100 property offices throughout the network.
“The global network, branding and technology owned by LeadingRE will complement the tools already prepared by KR Property for its business partners who want to open an agency office with the KR Property – LeadingRE brand,” Alvin said.
KR Property offers its business partners a high-volume, low-margin concept that is supported by digital technology in the form of an online training portal and transaction management software. Additionally, KR Property agents earn a 75 percent commission split from their first transaction.
The company also supports its agents by allowing them to list properties on the krproperty.id website that has been integrated with Trovit, Mitula and other property search engines. The krproperty.id site has more than 100,000 visits per month.
KR Property – LeadingRE plans to open 40 branches throughout Indonesia in the next two years.
