
Recent launch of Fifty Seven Promenade has generated significant sales figures.
An impressive 94 percent of units were sold at the launch of Fifty Seven Promenade situated in Jakarta’s business hub. Well known developer PT Intiland Development Tbk’s mixed-used scheme achieved marketing sales of IDR 1.6 trillion. The ‘luxury waterfront living, with al fresco dining, lifestyle retail and the best in amenities and facilities for both living, working and leisure’, also boasts a prime location with a range of infrastructure on its doorstep. This includes the Trans Jakarta Bus-way, Rail network and future MRT, LRT and Airport Express network.
Spanning a site of 3.2 hectares, Fifty Seven Promenade will consist of five towers. Two of which will be condominium towers. The remaining towers will individually house serviced apartments, strata title office space and a lease office space. There will also be a retail promenade.
The condominium’s finish and amenities have been cited as reasons for the significant interest. These include a sky garden, a sky lounge, a semi outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, spa and sauna facilities, a gym, an entertainment area, and a private dining room.
These sales illustrate the strength of the property market. A sentiment as reinforced by executive director of Capital and Investment Management, Archied Noto Pradono, who commented, “We hope that this success help boost the property market in general, so that the sector continues to bounce back and grow. The consumer purchasing power in the high-end segment remains strong; they just tend to wait and see. So, we need a milestone or a success story in marketing to further convince the market that the time is ripe for investing in property”.
Strong demand
Intiland is releasing the project in phases. The unprecedented response to the recent launch has resulted in the developer bringing forward the next launch of the condominium units in Sky57 tower. This will enable investors another opportunity to secure a unit in this exciting new project.
