The Dot Property Indonesia Awards 2018 will see the leading developers, projects, real estate agents and companies that contribute to real estate in the country honoured at an exclusive ceremony in Jakarta on 27 September.
More than 20 winners from Jakarta, Bali and Depok were presented with The Dot Property Indonesia Awards in 2017. This year will see the awards expanded to include not only an event, but also the awarding of the Indonesia’s Best Developer as voted on by the general public. This is one of three only real estates award in the country to be voted on by the public and the winner won’t be revealed until the big event.
A look back at 2017
Ciputra Development won the highest honour this year, Best Developer Indonesia, while Paramount Land and Mirah Bali Property were other big winners. Organised by Dot Property Indonesia, the country’s fastest growing property portal, and the Dot Property Group, a total of 23 awards were handed out this year.
A special mention goes to PT Conwood for winning Best Innovation and Technology. The company’s commitment to protect the environment and ability to provide a sustainable wood alternative were two of the main reasons behind the company’s success.
Atlanta Residences won Best Luxury Condo Development – Depok at The Dot Property Indonesia Awards 2017. Utilising a green living concept, the project offers a pleasurable place to live in a connected location near Margonda Raya.
Kristian Brennan, Dot Property Indonesia Country Manager, and Bayu Ramanza, Dot Property Indonesia Business Development Manager, visited the condominium to hand, Mrs. Cut Syarifah Asrina, Director, and Mr. Fanfan Riksani, General Manager, Atlanta Residences’ award certificate. The Dot Property Indonesia team also took a tour of the project and saw the spacious units in person.
