Talaga Bestari

Talaga Bestari is a residential project occupying 308 hectare land space in Cikupa, Tangerang, Banten. Designed as “the family learning city,” currently the project has developed 136.1-hectares of land. By 2013, a total of 2,284 housing units, comprising residences, shop houses and kiosks.

There were 404 housing units in the development process and 735 other units to be constructed soon. To maintain the high-quality living, Intiland throughout 2013 did a number of infrastructure and facility upgrades, including re-planting trees in the boulevard, park and green public spaces. The project added more restaurant tenants in the jungle walk area, established Al Azhar Syifa Budi School and developed two clusters: 8.4-hectare The Forest and 4.4-hectare Fluora clusters. In 2013, the Company successfully marketed 116 housing units with the marketing sales worth Rp60.37 billion recorded.
